Safety and moderation

The Taggle team constantly strives to make things work because we believe that our efforts are worthwhile and are ultimately worth pursuing. As Taggle matures, so too will its use and its perception mature alongside it. In line with our goal, we have made steps to mitigate and reduce risks when using Taggle for our community and partners.

Action 1: We constantly monitor Taggles and moderate their content.

Although Taggle empowers individuals to construct their lives around adventures with the serendipity of others, allowing connections to be made and fostered than otherwise not, the Taggle Team still has a duty to moderate content on our platform. Not only are we constantly evolving and acknowledging how we view what is acceptable, but we are also constantly evaluating how we respond to matters that concern our community and partners.

Action 2: We constantly update our policies and guidelines.

The Taggle Team constantly assesses and reassesses written policies and guidelines to keep up with findings from relevant organisations that deal with social matters and consequences. Taggle not only depends upon itself to create meaningful, effective, and impactful policies but also on the knowledge-sharing of other bodies who have had years more experience and conscientiousness across various difficult and nuanced topics.

Action 3: We contribute and engage with various organisations.

Because we acknowledge that we are neither alone nor an island in achieving our goals and vision, we make sure to always be open to dialogue and contribute to research. Our governance is not absolute, and we hold plenty of ongoing and active discussions on how to improve our systems and ways of doing things. We engage with plenty of organisations and research bodies to construct a web of understanding to average towards becoming better.
